Sorry you have so much going on. I have neuralgia of the head, face, and neck and that is enough to pretty much ruin my life. I have no answer for you, only to say I have always had trouble sleeping and a doc once prescribed 1.0 mg of clonazepam per night. It worked fine for about 6 mo. and then, like everything else for sleep, quit on me. Now since I am retired, I just try not to worry about sleep however taxing being awake for hours at night is. Good luck finding something that will work.
