I was pregnant at 17 and - exactly - 34 too!!

So pulled out my report Mrs. D:

After the nerve conduction test (these are letters sent to my Primary Doc)

Assessment
356.9 UNS IDIOPATHIC PERIPH NEUROPATHY
278.00 OBESITY UNSPECIFIED
844.9 SPRAIN / STRAIN OF KNEE/ LEG UNSPEC
(my right knee was swollen up giant due to lyme disease and it also had arthritis in it, at that time)

Plan: The patient will take the following steps 1. make a concerted effort to NOT cross her r knee on her l knee 2. get regular excercize (bicycling) [me: I told him I was at 35/40 min per day, 6 X's a week during this visit!]
