This is the link to Pfizer's patient drug assistance program. (They manufacture Lyrica.) I didn't read the website, but I had a friend who was able to get her drugs from one of the companies free through one of these programs. Also, her Neurologist was very good about keeping her in drug samples. It requires some work on your part in the application process, and also your doctor or his nurse, but perhaps this would be worth checking...

They make it tough to qualify for assistance with meds because they want tax returns for previous year. I earned $40,000 in 2006 before I was unable to work and was out of work in Nov-Dec, 2006. My dissability claim was denied and I went back to another job in March 2007 for $60,000 per year but was fired in April after 1 month so I do not qualify even though my income is zero now.
