Hi Jazzyjuice,
It's very possible that you have low vitamin B12. Certainly low vitamin B12 can cause a ringing in the ears. I had a lot of stress yesterday, and I have a ringing now. I need to use a Methylcobalamin lozenge... which has always made it go away. Though, in the beginning when the ringing was all but deafening it took several days of using a LOT of methylcobalamin lozenges to reduce the decibels.

In terms of your hair loss, I found I lost a lot of hair when I had an infection... I use vitamin C to control infections and prevent flu and the like. Vitamin C is very powerful.

Recently I used 2 grams an hour with a lot of liquid to vastly reduce the discomfort of shingles.

Do look into B12. The sooner you get B12 replacement the less residual nerve damage you will have.
