I am so concerned about you. Passing out can be very serious or maybe nothing. The most common cause is an abnormal circulatory reflex. A lot of us do have circulatory problems. Also an electricial problem to the heart, arrhythmia, can cause a person to faint. I get opital migraines which do not hurt , but cause some eye discomfort, will also cause fainting. There are several other reasons plus PAIN. So to be on the safe side please get it checked out and let us know how you are doing. Carose
