Lawyer said though, he has had really good Judges and felt great about a case, only to have it denied. Ughhh. So it's so hard to tell.
Any thoughts from anyone on if it is thumbs up or down? Is it good sign that voc spec and Judge both said he couldn't do any of the jobs?

I'd feel awful if I said something that gave you false hope and then your hubby was denied again, BUT
my lawyer told me just after my hearing that although he couldn't make any guarantees, that as soon as the vocational guy said THAT in my hearing, he (lawyer) thought that meant we had it in the bag.
I would call your lawyer about fixing those mistakes. I wouldn't think it would make a difference to the decision on his case now, but you don't want to have a short form review kicked back for a long form review in a few years because he had a doctor's appointment for the wrong knee or something.
