It's been 5 months since this last concussion and I am dealing with several symptons of PCS including easily angered, short attention span, withdrawal and difficulty sleeping. Physically I am in the best shape of my life. Mentally not so good. My wife is having a hard time dealing with the changes and I understand. Stupid arguments quickly escalate. I forget things and can't concentrate.
For one I need tips on how to control my temper. I also want to know if and when things will get better. I don't like being this way. It's scaring me that I am doomed for a life of pain and heartache and will not be able to take care of myself at some point.
Thanks and God Bless.

Hi there. Welcome.
I sincerely hope you and your spouse can work all this out. Not easy, I can well imagine. You have been given the proper forum.
Here's hoping you begin to heal and you and your wife can go out, have a calm peaceful dinner with no outbursts and that somehow you can start to enjoy life once again.
Not easy I know.
We are a nice bunch of folks here who can talk you through stuff.
Keep posting.
Take care,
Melody
