I'm a terrible stomach sleeper but i'm trying my best to switch to my side or back. Any advice is wonderful

My friend rolls a towel and just uses that to support her neck (she had Ntos surgery a yr ago).
Another very good sleep aid is magnesium. Americans are very deficient in magnesium and my sister (also a VTOS surgery patient, 3 yrs ago) told me about magnesium (The Magnesium Miracle by Dr Carolyn Dean). Fascinating informstion, Read that book. We sleep very well now.
