and the pain starts shooting through and making me cry (like tonight) will it work anymore?

I feel like such a burden to my husband. I feel like he doesn't want to hear me grunt/groan/moan/suck in my breath, etc...

I am just having a moment of whoa is me - hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow.

I've taken two vicodins, still have moments of crying pain.Sleep will suck tonight.
