Default Major Sensitivity after 8 months..

I wonder if anyone can help. I'm from the UK and last June I had a filling at the back of my front left tooth.

After I'd had the filling and when the injection wore off, I got a major burning/scratching sensation on the left side of my nose (could feel it in my nostril.) My nose wouldn't stop running and I couldn't stop sneezing.

Ever since then, I've had a major sensitive tooth. It even hurts when I tap the end of my nose. The pain runs from my nose into my tooth.

The dentist refilled it when I complained. I had to go back again after because the filling was too big. I then went to the other dentist there because after 4 months it was still bad. This dentist said that the original dentist probably went too near the nerve and I either had to put up with it, or take the nerve out and loose the tooth. I was so cross that I just walked out.

I still have to drink cold drinks through a straw. Spring is still very cold over here at the moment and this makes it worse!

Any idea what could've happened? The tooth is strong and I'm young, so don't want to loose it if possible.

Thank you for your time.
