I am wondering about your fava bean sprouts that you make using this recipe:

You mention that you can freeze them right after you steam them. If I do that, then how do we eat them? I am trying to make these for my dad. If I freeze them, does it thaw it out and eat them?

Also, when you make the fava sprout ball recipe with peanut butter etc. Are you just eating them cold out of the freezer?

Any info would be great.
