hmm, so the time is only incorrect when online?

Is there any other forums that you can check the time shown?

I'm wondering it it is a cookie or cache issue, something in the browser settings , sine the computer system itself seems to be on correct time.

What browser are you using IE? Maybe try firefox or chrome to see if those show the time correctly?
