BP I had mTBI on June, 4 2012. LOC and many symptoms, also neck and back pain. Treating WC doc sent me back to work immediately. Had three ER visits one hosp. stay due to TIA because of high BP 200/118. I was then off work for approx 4 months and tried a RTW which ended in another ER visit and after 2 weeks with a RTW. My work attendance has been spotty and challenging.

If finances are not an issue then make sure you get your symptoms sorted out to the right docs. IE neck and back to ortho, cognitive to neuro psych, etc. Everyone is different and every day is a challenge for me even though I am not able to work in my position as hired.
