You can freeze the sprouts and just eat them out of the freezer or make fava sprout balls. The peanut butter and pumpkin seeds are good for PD also (pumpkin seeds good for tremor)My friend eats about 7 or 8 balls a day. She either lets them thaw just slightly or pops them in her mouth frozen ( but she is normally too hot)..so it helps cool her down a bit too (like me in the summer with my homemade popcicles) This time of year..it is all I can do to keep warm enough.
My first favas that were planted outside are just trying to come out of the ground...always a great blessing to see. I have already tried digging one up to make sure they were ok under there (always too anxious, I guess)
