Confused I am confused

So I go to vestibular therapy today and she is a certified TBI vestibular therapist.Well today she taught me a new exercise for the vestibular.I told her about the cortisone shots I got 48hours ago (because you have to wait 48hrs).She said well I did not realize you had that much bulging C1-C5.So she did some work on my brain stem or something with her hands. She kept asking does this hurt as she moved around I'm like no!If it is it's a good hurt.

So after my eyes got a little weird (which I got checked out and was ok on that deal)and a headache and my ortho wrote me a prescription other day for headaches. My friend drove me from V therapy to Pharmacy to pick up this headache medicine and it has Acetaminophen in it.Well I took one before realizing and I feel fine just really tired and headache is gone.

So my problem is it is a holiday weekend and I have to track either my psychiatrist or neurologist down to see if this is ok?IDK understand because ALL my MDs know what meds I am on.Im just feeling really wore out.Rehabilitation is a full time job for sure
