I have went through a great number of EEG's in my life. I have had epilepsy ever since I was 10. Lisa has given you great information on procedure. I just would lay there a relax. Sometimes I have even falling a sleep. The tech on this last one told be there wasn't much different that the last. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
