I think it is a memory problem. I have problems with this also. I have to read things a few times to make sure what I typed makes sense and is flowing. I have noticed that I have problems with words like - there, their, they're. Words that sound the same but are spelled different and indicate different meanings. I used to be such a perfect speller and writer. Now I have a hard time writing a good paragraph. I think disjointed thoughts contribute also. I feel very unsure of myself when writing. I used to never look back at what I was writing as I knew it was perfect. Now I can't remember what I just wrote so I have to check it over and over again.

Had MVA in 2006 resulting in post concussive syndrome manifested by cognitive impairment, chronic pain/ fatigue. Chronic pain of head, neck, back, left leg.
Other problems include REM sleep behavior disorder, nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsy, chronic migraines associated with nausea/vertigo, episodes of passing out, hypoglycemia, liver dysfunction (had accidental overdose of acetaminophen in 2009) had liver and kidney failure, hernia, degenerative disc disease with compression of nerve root, PTSD, and other problems associated with functioning problems from traumatic brain injury (light, sound sensitive, easily overloaded, easily distracted, cannot focus, anxiety problems etc.)
