I've tried the eye patch but found it uncomfortable. I've done the glasses with frosted scotch tape, and that has helped (and feels more "natural" in a way for me because I normally wear glasses). That was probably the best option for when I NEEDED to have my eyes open. Otherwise, the best option for me was, to close them both I would turn the TV on, close my eyes and just listen to the show(s) that were on. I'd open them every 30 minutes or so, for about 10 or 15 minutes, and then if I felt they were getting uncomfortable again, I'd close them for another 30. I think that's helped the best, because after all, its muscles and they need their rest. The eye symptoms I find to be the most annoying ones out of all the symptoms I've had so far with Myasthenia.
