Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some suggestion /options. I have just gone thru a bad flare up that lasted 10-11 days. I slept less than 2 hrs a day up all night long and pain probably 8+ onscale. It finally seems to be coming down, all this with my stim cranked wicked high. So.... I have a appt with dr on Thursday to check scs and I want to talk with him about options for break thru pain, I have oxy at home but do not want to go to that resort.

Any suggestions you have would be appreciated, I figure if I go in knowing some options the better for me. My CRPS is left leg and foot.
