I have not seen Mark say this in awhile.I put it out there for all the new people.
When I first found out I had a concussion I took this saying and never forgot it.Thank you Mark
Wise words indeed, everything needs to be gradual and you need to listen to what your body is telling you. It has taken me nearly 5 months to get back to work, did my second day today and this has provoked headache, eye pain, earache, and this evening fatigue and tooth pain. This is to be expected, because its a marathon not a sprint, I have put my mind and body under added pressure so have had a power nap and pain meds and I am ready to go again. It will hopefully be all worth it and in a month or two I might be back working full time through a very gradual part time return.
