Tears

Yep. I'd say ditto on the tears. I also tend to have the issue catching my breath when my pain is very high. I also become horse when trying to speak. Usually when my spasticity is at its worst, I notice the symptoms noted above. I always thought that these reactions were due to the war going on between my nerves and muscles.
