I feel the same as you Gerry...I plan my day around them...always staying ahead of the pain. I would like to withdraw and found an interesting article in my AARP magazine. I cannot find it on line to post.
It talks about opioids increasing sensitivity to pain (which sounds like me)…called “hyperalgesia”…all your other pains begin to hurt more.
I have been wondering if more injuries from the auto accident are presenting themselves because I have increased pain for really no reason. I doubt that as it has been three and a half years. I have however always had degenerative arthritis…and that is what aches so horribly on me now.
More information to add into the mix.
For now I am back into the swimming pool and really want to do some yoga..
