Heart Living within boundaries

So true Mia. I find that as long as I stay within the boundaries of what I know I can do that I am ok. When I go out of these, I have major problems. I try to check the boundaries often to see if they have expanded any and they have very slowly. I am still extremely limited but have come from being fully bedridden to being able to dress and go out for a few hours a couple times a week. I am grateful for this. I am slowly becoming less housebound. Don't think I will ever make it back to work but will keep trying. At least now I am actually living life again even if it is limited. I have come far. I also am recovering from liver and kidney failure so I have come far. Was very close to dead.
Slow and sure wins the race. I am at turtle speed but keeping on keeping on.
