Thanks for this post! I'm only a month into my concussion, but I am already trying my best to view it from a wider scope, insofar as that a bad day, or even series of bad days, is not the end of the world, or even an impediment to recovery - just a part of the brain rebooting. I've begun a symptom journal in order to keep track of my progress.
