Yes, they could... Besides the levels are arbitrary...done years ago on people NOT using vitamins.
Don't let this upset you. None of the ranges are valid if you are taking vitamins when the blood is drawn. In fact some would argue they are not valid much anyway. Too low is more valid than too high. If you had NO vitamin intake, that would point to poor conversion to active pyridoxal. But even then, it would still be too difficult to evaluate.
