Well.....usually I manage to fight it off, but I now have the cold from heck.
It's been years with this over-active immune system
since I've had a cold. Somebody, probably a grandkid???, must have been working on a bug of some kind. My nose keeps running like a faucet and have that dry cough every two minutes or so. I'm soooo tired and achier than usual. Can't take cough medicine, etc., with my mitral valve prolapse. Hopefully somebody will show up with some cough drops soon.
Hot tea with honey seemed to help calm the cough somewhat. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
