I understand. I will be taking this new claim to federal court if necessary. I have no choice. I should of been approved. I have severe problems that should not of been denied. I will be getting all the documentation necessary this time as well as letters from family/friends that have witnessed my decline and health problems. I also, like you feel that I had a bad judge who did not even read the reports that were provided. She makes alot of assumptions in her denial that are just plain wrong. I knew when I saw that I had a woman judge that I was in trouble. For some reason other women do not like me. My mom says that I look too good. I sure don't feel that way. I am hammered. However, I think you will be making things worse for yourself by trying to lodge a complaint against one of these judges. They tend to stick together and defend each other. I would advise you not to do that. Just my opinion. I can relate to your frustration. My lawyer told me to just keep trying. That I have severe enough problems that I should qualify and should of been approved long ago. Don't give up.
