Hi Mrs. D. I don't take magnesium and I am thinking about including it in my supplements. I take COQ10, R Lipoic Acid, L-Carnitine and B12. Is it Ok to take some magnesium also. I don't know if these supplements are already helping but my fasciulations have decreased.
Can a person have to high of a magnesium level through supplement use or is it more like B12? I really don't know why I have not begun taking it. I have a extreme family history of heart disease so I think I should be taking it for that reason. If you don't mind, what type do you use?
