Smile Post concussion - sporatic 2 day fatigues

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this community, so nice to meet you all.

I've read a lot of posts over the internet, but I haven't found anyone with the same symptoms as me. 4 years ago I had a head concussion running into a large tree. I had light triggered headaches for 3 months, but thankfully it subsided. Long story short, I feel completely normal most of the time, but once in a while I will have 2-3 days where I am HEAVILY fatigued. I get very sleepy and my head feels dull/flat and I stay in bed and sleep for most of the day, and will only be up only for a few hours. I don't have a fever, but it feels like my brain is shutting down. I feel energy is low all the time. This happens sporadically every month or so, and even more often when I am stressed or like fighting a cold/infection. Last month I had strep throat and my fatigue kicked in too for a whole week.

I have been taking fish oil, vitamin B, C, D, CoQ10 everyday for the past years, but the fatigue still happens.

So I just want to see if anyone here has heard of similar case, and what seems to help?

Anyway, sorry for such a long post, but I am eager to find others that are going through similar symptom. Thanks so much, and blessings to all of you.
