Well, there are over 100 causes of PN... only some are mechanical.

The PN community is large, bigger than MS and PD combined, and probably more than that. Many causes are environmental, drugs from your doctor, or vaccines.

And that is only a start. The hereditary ones have no treatment really.

So the pool for people desperate is large, some who don't want to do their own homework, etc, is large also. Many topical "cures", many shotgun supplement makers, many laser, rebuilder type expensive treatments. We've seen most of the claims here more than once.

The truth is that nerves are designed to be a warning system of something not working correctly. They are sensitive, and easily damaged. And the damage can be anywhere along the nerve path, in the dorsal roots of the spine, in the mitochondria of the cells, etc. There is not one specific thing that will work for everyone.
