Ethan,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. You have found a good place.
I wonder if you are having a reaction to an overly busy day that overwhelms your brain. These are not uncommon. You may also be taxing your brain with a food or beverage. Or, it may be a slow build of exhaustion that finally hits critical mass and puts you down.
It would help if you keep a journal of your activities and eating. There are usually recognizable triggers to these episodes.
Tell us more about your daily activities, the specific amounts of vitamins, especially B's, and any other things about your life that may or may not have an impacts. You will be surprised how a little event can trigger a big problem.
Do you ever get a stiff or sore neck ? Neck inflammation, especially in the upper neck, can cause a return of symptoms. Icing your upper neck can be worthwhile. For many, there are no symptoms of a upper neck injury except the fatigue and concussion symptoms.
Stay in touch and together we should be able to figure this out.
My best to you.
