Heart Great ideas

Thanks guys. I just saw your new ideas. I love the idea of "forest bathing". Loved the video. thank you. We do have beautiful mountains here where I live. Gorgeous canyons all around me. The snow is almost melted enough for me to get up there and do some forest walking and bathing and soaking in the sun, smells, sounds and beauty. That will indeed help. I will go ASAP. That is one positive thing is that I am now well enough to go and walk around in the canyons and outside some now. Before I was in too much pain. Could not even ride in the car. So things are getting better slowly. I have to keep that in my mind. Not the bad things.
Thanks for checking in on me Ginny. lots of love to you all.
Thanks again for all your support and caring for me. You guys are much appreciated.
