Do you know your blood level, now? You can get the numbers from your doctor's office.
Did you have testing while using injections or oral tablets?
Did you stop the B12 days before the test?
Did you have MMA test and/or homocysteine?
Why are you using B12, and how much, and what type, cyano or methyl? Injections or tablets?
In order to answer your question, there are things that I need to know.
What type of doctor?
Lab ranges in US are outdated and go very low, and that has changed but not every doctor follows the new protocols.
If your level was 400, and your doctor thought that was double 200, you would be in a bad place.
The new cut off today is 400pg/ml.
