Cool Smirk High B12
Just wanted to touch upon the topic of B12 being too high. Mine runs about 1550. I have asked two specialists if it will hurt me if it's too high and I was told no by both. However, they did tell me to cut back on my B12 since it is of no benefit to have it that high.
