Hi, you had a doctor tell you that you should cut back on B-12 because there is no benefit? I can tell you that there is indeed a benefit.

I take 5000 every single morning sublingually. I take Methyl B-12. I was diagnosed with neuropathy 7 years ago. That was when I began taking the Methyl B-12. BEST THING I EVER DID. I have no neuropathy symptoms since doing this.

I also do not eat any processed foods. I watch my diabetes like a hawk and I take care of myself. I grow my own sprouts and microgreens in my living room and it's the best thing I have ever done. My B-12 number is 1600. That was last month.

My doctor (thank god) knows all about what I do and what I take. He's all for it.

And are you taking B-6? That can cause or make neuropathy worse.
