Try and get your exact B-12 level.

Just got mine today, it's 944 and I'm striving for higher. When I got the blood test last Wednesday, I had been on the methyl B-12 for 3 to 4 days. It was enough to get it in my system, obviously. I had never done a b-12 level before.
