what i forgot to mention is that Ayurvedic treatment for PD goes with a diet:
basically :

no yeast (bye bye bread,cakes & beer !! :- )
no raffinated sugar (honey is ok )
no alcohol
no beans (except fava beans & Mung beans )
no pineapple,no pears,no plums
no peanuts
no red meat (vegetarian if possble is better )
stay away from canned food & canned fruit juices (fresh juices are ok )

Ayurveda and chinese medicine consider that there is too much Air/Wind in our bodies (that's why we are shaking )
to get that Air away,one of the things to do is to apply sesame oil or mustard oil all over the body every day ,keep it for 30 mn then take a shower

I was looking for more info on the diet.. i started Dr Paneri's treatment but was not clear on what foods to avoid.
