Default Hay fever - histamines

This morning I woke up with a lot more pain than usual. Way more than the variation from day to day I'm used to, and so much so that I can clearly feel it underneath the blanket of the Zaldiar I'm taking. (which still works very well BTW).

Today is also the first real spring day, and my hay fever kicks in with a vengeance (sneezing, read eyes, the usual). It makes sense, as our pond is now covered in birch pollen.

I've found a few posts that make it clear there is a relation between PN and histamine in foods, but I wonder if there is a direct relation between a hay fever attack and PN pains?

In the mean time, off to the pharmacy to get some Claritin.
