Right now I get 6mcg B-12 in a B complex I'm taking and also noted as 100% of daily requirement on the bottle. There is 500mg in a 5 Hour Energy Drink - so Gee... could I take maybe 100 mg or 250 mg of B-12 a day - doesn't seem like that could hurt.

The other test on there is a diabetes test, the lab said. It's not a lot, just wondering if I could get that done, should pay to get that done, as it seems like it would be pretty important. So far in other recent labs, no glucose reading has been NOT in the normal ranges, though.

I even bought a stick your finger test kit, took it one day just trying it out, on 3/1 it before lunch it was it was 84. Same day 1.5 hours after lunch it was 119. Next day before eating in the morning it was 91.

My mother who was obese, I remember her saying (in her mid 60's) that she tested one point away from being a diabetic.

Thanks for all of your info again Mrs. D.

PS: They did pay for some kind of arthritis test, the new Vitamin D level, and I think one other non-fasting thing that was on that order. So at least that will be something.
do a sugar heavy meal and check you sugar at 15", 30", 1', 2', 3', 4'
good luck
