Default Is it worth going to the doctors?

I have MCTD (sjogrens, raynauds, fibro, EDS Vascular/Classical) and about 2 weeks ago I started the tingling/numbness in my feet and face.

It has progressed to my legs, waist, back (burning/ freezing), arms and hands. I have the random muscle twitching and the feeling of warm or cold water running down my legs. I am periodically getting the shooting pains down my legs.

The one good thing is that I have severe tendonitis in the length of my right arm but I cannot feel the pain anymore.

My questions are:

Some people have had PN for years, does going to the doctor make a difference? Or is it just a "wait and see" type thing? I am personally tired of going to the doctors.

Since this has happened so fast, does it mean that it will more likely to stabilize soon?

I take supplements and have even upped my b12 and d2 a week ago.

Thank you, Karen
