I also have perineural cysts, as well as other issues with my neck. 2 1/2 years ago i found out i had 1, a week ago i found out there are more. I have had chronic neck pain radiating down to my shoulders for nearly 5 years now. I will be seeing a neurologist mid May. I have tried everything to ease the pain. NOTHING helps! I had 3 epidural steroid injections, none of them helped. I hope surgery can fix this, I'm sick of hurting.
