Wannabe makes good sense. It's funny how in our society, especially ours, independence is such a key element. Most of my life I've taken care of virtually everything for myself and the thought of losing that freedom is what I think is most disturbing to me.

I imagine it stems from pride, but I genuinely want to do things for myself and can't shake that need. Having been the "go-to" girl for everyone else, I have begun to feel as if my world has fallen off its axis.
