As far as I can determine tianeptine is not available in the US.
It is not listed in the Orange book at the FDA.gov site.

Ketamine seems extreme to me... an in US only injectable is listed at the FDA.

However, some doctors will order compounded transdermal creams containing ketamine for chronic pain patients for local topical application.
