You know I had to stop and think for awhile on that posting, and speak
with the others, and unfortunately, I would state it's a "toss up".

Why do I state this - it depends on the Hospital System they are
in.

If they're in the same hospital system, then it wouldn't be necessary
at all, since pretty much everything is in the same computer system
unless the computer is down, however, if they are "independent" and
not associated and/or affiliated - then the patient has to inform the
doctor(s) of the information/update.

I hope I am making sense here ...

If not --- slap me with 1,000 lashes with a wet noodle!
