There's a connection with GABA levels in your brain and migraines I think. It's a type of amino acid. I think its says there are two types of amino acids in your brain GABA and Glutamine and if there's an imbalance of one or the other it can cause headaches. So the doctor told me to try the GABA and see how I react to it -I might feel better or I might get headaches. In this case, I felt better. It also relaxes you. I think if you google it there can be more accurate information on the subject.

The chiropracter I go to, says that he won't do any harsh neck adjustments and that in my case I won't need any.

Thanks

Congrats on getting the help you need to recover! I assume any chiropracty will be gentle? I wish I could have just dealt with one doctor to deal with my neck and brain issues!
