I have TOS also. My right arm has been turning purple and painful for over a year. Both arms tremble with motion. i just had two of my cervical vertebrae fused and I was hoping it would help the tremors. I think the muscles in my pecs, arm pits, bicep and forearm are so tight they are impinging the nerves. My husband has been helping me by using a rolling pin on my arms. I lay on the floor and he rolls it up and down my forearm and then then other areas. It hurts like heck. When he rolls over a big lump I jump out of my skin. I have also been stretching against a wall. And it is helping. My pain management doctor wanted me to try all kinds of drugs and I did but it never helped. I believe it is totally structural and can be reversed. If it were anything serious like parkinson's or MS the tremble wouldn't only happen with motion. I think mine is from overuse, I am a hair stylist and nail tech, and my psoriatic arthritis. I'm not giving up!
