Welcome to NeuroTalk. Head sensitivity to light bumps or movement is not uncommon. I have lived with this symptom for decades. I doubt it has any other cause. I have learned many behavioral modifications. I never shake my head, not even to signify No. I am careful when driving or riding on a rough road. I am more purposeful with my movements.
If you have any specific movements that cause you problems, post here an I will offer my personal solution.
Please feel free to tell us about your other problems. Don't worry about telling a long story. Just use double paragraph spaces every five lines for those of us with visual scanning struggles.
