PharmaGaba works well. Not as strong as a benzo, but it worked for me 100mg twice a day during a upsetting family emergency of several months duration. I could feel it wear off, so I know it worked. I also used theanine at night (Doctor's Best brand)... as Dr. Blaylock MD suggested it for nerve damage (neuropathy) healing in his newsletter. (he is a retired neurosurgeon who used supplements for many years for his recovering patients). He has a website, that you can look up.
