Default Neupro for SFN

Still can't figure why my neurologist would put me on Neupro to try for SFN. It's for Parkinsons and Restless Leg Syndrome.

Been using the Neupro patches for six days and not any help and supposed to call and let him now after a week if its done anything for me.
Gabapentin was a flop. Amitriptyline did little and had too many side effects. Tried one other (can't think of the name) and didn't help.

Anyone have any med they think helps their SFN? I do have to be careful what I take however due to a history of ulcers caused by medications in the past.

I'm getting frustrated. Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks!
