Hi Eddie and Welcome to the MS forum These auto-immune diseases do seem to be interchangeable and they usually don't come alone. For me it's MS and Fibromyalgia.

I'm sorry you're having vision difficulties. It sounds kind of like when I've had Optic Neuritis -- there was pain, swirling and eventually blind spots. Also this has happened when a migraine is on the way. Have you experienced this?

Sorry I can't be of much help, but just know that MS can bring along strange symptoms which are different for everyone. Hope you find some answers soon, and in the meantime, feel free to hang around. This is a wonderful place for support and answers. Take care.....
